for 1901, with round 7 1/2in. barrel signed on a single line by the maker, block and blade fore-sight, model and calibre marked to left side of barrel, solid frame with flat top-strap fitted with a drift adjustable blade, fluted cylinder, reproduction chequered black plastic grips, mostly cleaned of finish
Provenance: Of the 976 Colt Bisley Target revolvers produced, only 196 were .455 calibre.
